After an early career in retail, Chloe spent the next few years in Corporate Law as a Facilities Manager, dealing with office management, travel, and event bookings.

Those years in facilities management gave her a whole range of highly transferable skills such as people management, project management and disaster recovery, but she still felt that there was an important piece missing.

In 2017 she met someone who was to introduce her to the world of Marketing. She started working for a well known Italian Hairdressers to the stars (whose portfolio includes names like Mick Jagger, Lady Gaga & Kate Middleton to name a few!) and ran their social media marketing - learning on the front-line! It is here that she found her calling, going from strength to strength and playing a leading role in taking their brand to the top!

Her attitude to learning and corporate culture is a fantastic fit for Inspire KBB and we’re delighted to have her with us!

My encounter with Inspire KBB was quite fortuitous. My previous company was relocating to London and so I had a meeting with a lovely recruitment lady who worked next door to David and thought I was just what he was looking for – the rest, as they say, is history!

If anyone is on the fence about working with Inspire, I think it's important that they should know Inspire KBB is a bunch of really hard working people, who love what they do, and are very good at it. Most importantly, they know how to have fun with it!

If I could give one single piece of advice to a business operator, it would be to learn what makes you different from the rest and concentrate on selling that.

When it comes to making decisions, I follow my gut. For me, it's the perfect middleman between the head and the heart.

I'm a witty, chatty individual… I think that’s why I love the world of marketing - it’s more relaxed and fun.

What I love most about my job is that I get to be creative. In fact, that prompts me to share my hidden talent … I love writing poetry! I was Stourbridge's very own Shakespeare!

My greatest success to date is owning my own home by my 24th birthday!

I learn the most from my partner. He is incredibly focused in all aspects of his life… business, family, health. He never sways off his path towards his goals and always knows how to have a healthy balance of them all.

I am famous for my stories. Both the weird and the wonderful. I am often told I should write a book: I'm thinking this might become a side-hustle!
